1. Service

SpecWyse provides AI-assisted comparison of master engineering specifications against vendor quotes and submittals for business customers.

2. Accounts & Billing

Accounts are for business use with a company email. Paid plans, subscriptions and top-up packs are billed through Stripe and can be managed in the Customer Portal. One complimentary teaser audit is available per company domain.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of documents you upload and are responsible for having the right to upload them. See our Privacy Policy for how they are protected.

4. Engineering Disclaimer

ENGINEERING DISCLAIMER: This compliance audit is generated by SpecWyse™ AI (FlowWyse LLC) as an automated preconstruction and project management decision-support tool. It does not constitute a licensed professional engineering (P.E.) seal or legal warranty. Final equipment verification, code compliance, and formal submittal approval remain the sole responsibility of the Contractor and the Engineer of Record (EOR).

5. Limitation of Liability

Results are provided as-is for decision support. Cost estimates are indicative and not quoted prices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowWyse LLC is not liable for bid, procurement, schedule or construction outcomes based on audit results.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
